Red Snapper created a unique and visually stunning site with original content that not only acknowledged Otsuka’s Japanese heritage and cultural influences on European operations but also provided information on products and patient services available in European markets. In addition, we made extensive use of video to showcase facilities and to allow employees from across Europe to talk about their experiences at Otsuka. Using our powerful CMS, we developed an information architecture and content for this responsively-designed site, which operates across multiple languages.

The new site has seen a five-fold traffic increase since launch and has significantly contributed to building a distinct, consistent corporate presence across Europe. We have already rolled out sites for all European affiliates and, in 2024, launched the Otsuka Privacy Hub, a child website where users can easily learn about how Otsuka processes and stores their data.
